GOOD 2004 Ltd.
was originally a limited liabiliy company with it's registered office
in Nessebar (Bourgas District), Bulgaria, and it's administrative office in
Sofia, Bulgaria. It was formed in mid-2004, and functioned in two divisions, Bulgaria
Realtor and Good 2004 Petroleum Consulting Services.
After the tragic loss of our
partner Elena in 2009, Craig decided to close the company, but to continue on
with the website. We now propose three activities for you,
However, we no longer bill for these
services through Good2004.biz.
As ever, our goal at Good2004.biz is to produce
and deliver the finest products possible, online and offline, in
our target areas of expertise.

This is our Real Estate Division, which we call
BULGARIA REALTOR
Our primary product is consolidated information and consulting in the
real estate business, primarily in the Nessebar-Sunny Beach-Sveti Vlas
area and - to a lesser extent - in metropolitan Sofia. Our aim is
to provide information in a useable form and format to buyers and
sellers of real estate in our target areas.
